Who can apply: Contractor, Property Owner
Income requirements: YES - this incentive is income qualified
Other requirements: Houseon_holds that qualify as low-income according to the Department of Housing and Urban Development definition will be eligible for double the standard rebate amounts. HUD defines low-income as below 80% of the median income for the county or metro area.
