Get $250–$400 when accessible ducts in unheated areas (attics, crawlspaces, garages) are sealed to Prescriptive Duct Sealing Specifications.
Your primary heating must be an electric forced-air furnace or a heat pump; there are no income qualifications.

Detailed description

$450 duct sealing rebate for residential properties up to four units per building and a $250 rebate for manufactured homes. Rebate Requirements:

All accessible ducts in unheated areas (such as attics, crawlspaces and garages) must be sealed to Prescriptive Duct Sealing Specifications. Your current primary heat source must be either an electric forced air furnace or a heat pump.
