Ceiling and floor insulation must be installed by a licensed, bonded contractor and must increase the living-space R‑value.
Pays up to $2.00 per sq ft (range $0–$2/sq ft); there are no income requirements.

Detailed description

Site built homes, manufactured homes and multifamily buildings are eligible for additional ceiling and floor insulation installed by a licensed and bonded contractor that increases the R Value for the living space.
