Must meet: attic R‑38 or higher, wall R‑13 or higher, or double‑pane windows with U‑value ≤0.32 and SHGC ≤0.25. No income requirements.

Detailed description

Attic Insulation: Final insulation R-Value of R-38 or greater

Wall Insulation: Final insulation R-Value of R-13 or greater

Windows: Double-pane replacement windows with U-Value 0.32 or less and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) 0.25 of less

Only for existing buildings Federal tax incentive: Up to $1,200 (windows and insulation)
