Up to $3,000 rebate for attic insulation, air-sealing, and duct work (includes new or deep‑buried ducts).
Must use an HPP participating contractor from the SMUD Contractor Network; income requirement: none.

Detailed description

The Seal & Insulate measure includes new ductwork, deep buried ducts, air-sealing and attic insulation.

Must use an HPP participating contractor in the SMUD Contractor Network (SMUDContractorNetwork.org)
