About this incentive

Income-qualified households can receive $1,000–$2,000 for installing a qualifying central heat pump.
Home must be served by the listed utility, the install must use a participating contractor, and equipment must meet program specs.
Replacing a forced-air electric furnace: $1,000 for non-variable-speed, $2,000 for variable-speed; replacing an existing heat pump or a non-electric furnace: $1,000 (variable-speed only).

$1,000 rebate on a non-variable speed central heat pump. $2,000 rebate on a variable speed central heat pump.

Replacing an existing heat pump or non-electric furnace.

$1,000 rebate on a variable speed central heat pump.

You must use a Tacoma Power Participating Contractor. Must meet Heat Pump program requirements and specifications.
